Nikki Heaton is an expert pilates instructor, working with all ages, from 13 through to 90, Nikki is experienced with assisting individuals who have suffered injuries and/ or recovering from operations, creating individual pilates programmes specific to your needs.

Nikki Heaton is a former professional ballet dancer, trained at Royal Ballet School and a qualified ballet teacher. Nikki Heaton understands the dynamics of movement and the importance of maintaining stability and strength. Studied Pilates under the direction of Alan Herdman, Nikki Heaton has managed and taught at the Copenhagen Pilates Studio with its close links with The Royal Danish Ballet Company and teaches at many of London’s most prolific Pilates studios.
